These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Worldclass Horizons FZ-LLC. By using the website you agree to them. Individual services are provided under the written proposal, quotation or booking terms we agree with you.

Information on this website is provided for general information and to describe our services. We aim to keep it accurate, but it may change and does not on its own create a contract or an offer.

We agree scope and pricing in writing before work begins. A quotation or proposal is not binding until both parties have accepted it, and is subject to product availability, supplier terms and the validity period stated in it.

We are a sourcing business. We do not manufacture the products we supply. Brands, models, specifications and availability are confirmed in each quotation, and goods are supplied in line with the regulations that apply to them, including UAE telecom (TDRA) requirements for mobile devices.

Flights, hotels, tickets, tours and experiences are provided by licensed airlines, hotels, tour operators and venues. Their own terms, fares, availability and cancellation conditions apply and are confirmed at the time of booking. Tours and experiences are operated by those providers.

We provide counselling and application support. Admission, scholarship, funding and visa decisions are made by universities, awarding bodies and government authorities, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

Our consulting, coaching, marketing and event services are advisory. We do not guarantee business growth, sales, investment returns or any other specific outcome.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute.
